Partnership and Management of Programme:
Twin e-learning Programme is proposed to be set –up in partnership with academic (schools) Institutions; Corporate and other non-profit organization; Non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The partner organization must be credible ones with social commitments, relevant experiences/ records, necessary logistics, infrastructure at command and resource (financial) strength. The Programme run in partnership with such institutions may go for joint branding of training and certification.
Under the Partnership e-Learning Programme, Smile Foundation shall be contributing towards capital costs such as
10 computers with accessories like printers (2), required software (legitimate),
Course curriculum;
Facilitate Volunteers.
All operational costs (recurring) have to be borne by the Partner Organizations towards the following items (as per norms/guidelines prescribed):
• Cost of rental- Centre Premises
• Honorarium- Computer Instructor
• Honorarium- English Teacher
• Honorarium-Project coordinator-cum- Placement officer
• Guest Resource persons (Soft skills)
• Local conveyance
• Workshops/ Interactive Seminars
• Administrative cost
Besides, the Partner Organization must provide for Computer furniture. The Partner Organization also must provide for facilities (hired or preferably owned space) for classroom teaching with necessary furniture, teaching aids etc. for teaching 20 students in a batch.
The project contemplates charging of subsidized fees from children (students). Also volunteering from both corporate world as well as past students from earlier batches (brilliant ones) should be encouraged- in order to minimize cost over hired instructors.
